Lawsuit Filed Against Dames, Bonsall: Last summer of 2000 I purchased Edward Dames' interest in PSI TECH. Part of my deal with Mr. Dames was the transfer of all the company's assets including it's intellectual property. Sometime in July a character by the name of F.M. Bonsall (an ex-employee of PSI TECH) illegally gained entry into the Beverly Hills home of my partner, PSI TECH President Joni Dourif, and removed 30 boxes of company files along with numerous other personal property items.

Judgment Against F.M. Bonsall: A decision was rendered today in the litigation between PSI TECH and F.M. Bonsall. This legal battle was begun last year as the result of a theft of PSI TECH's files and intellectual property which occurred in July of 2000.

Finding of Fact and Conclusions of Law: A decision was rendered today in the litigation between PSI TECH and F.M. Bonsall. The judge found Bonsall guilty of conversion and awarded PSI TECH $12,000 in damages, plus court costs, for Bonsall's role in the removal of PSI TECH property.
