Please forgive me if this is a stupid question. But first I will give you some background I'm somewhat psychic. I have prophetic dreams and visions more than once a week. I have expereince all three abilities, clairvoyance, clairaudience and clairsentience. I don't do anything to make this happen. I've been this way all of my life but in the past two years it's become very intense. I nearly died and since then things have really "picke up", so to speak. Another thing that I also have been experiencing is the telekinetic energy. I lights blink or short out when I get passionate or angry at home or cd players and our home alarm system will turn off or on.
Anyway that's just background. I meditate four to five times a week and practice yoga. When I meditate I see visions. Some of them are prophetic meaning a day or two later the vision comes true, etc. Other times I see other things/visions. I later find out that these things that I've seen were actually happening while I saw them. Sometimes these were scenes regarding people I knew other times these were scenes of things that were happening in other countries across the world from me. I then later ascertain from tv that I actually saw this while it was happening. It's like I'm visiting or something.
Is this remote viewing?
Also, while sleeping I will dream things while they are happening. My friend left me a voice mail and I dreamed/saw her doing this and then woke up and looked at the clock at the very time she left the voice mail.
