Hi all
I wonder if it is possible to remain in theta state for over ten hours a day ?
When I spend over 5 hours I am fully energised and unabble to relax enough to reach Theta. Have you got any tips ?
I thank you greatly in advance

I think the real question is, why would you even want to remain in a full Theta brainwave state for that long? You'd be a zombie, a vegetable, maybe even one of those people who can watch prime-time television.
What exactly are you attempting to accomplish by doing this, and how have you been trying thus far? (Not that this has much to do with remote viewing, but maybe it's some kind of neat meditation trick, I'd guess.)

I use it as inspiration for my paintings. I easily have hapnagogic images without falling asleep at Theta but when I spend too much time in that state, so after about 15 images, I am full of energy and it is hard for me to return to that state, even after many meditation exercices etc.
So the question is what is the fastest way to go anytime in that state ?
Plus I wonder how to extend their durations, from the usual 5-20 secondes, do you know ?
I thank you all for help
