RUSSIAN FOLK REMEDY FOR FEVER

by Alla Bravy

Chet, I would like a share useful tip, a folk remedy we
are using (former Soviet Union) many-many years.

In case of fever, rub the skin of the body, hands, and
feet with table vinegar and put a wash cloth with vinegar
on the forehead. This gives relief in a matter of 10-15
minutes no matter how high fever is.

It can be safely used on children. For baby you might
want to add some water to prevent skin irritation,
although there's no information this ever happened.

This won't cure the reason of fever, but you don't have
to take a Tylenol or anything else. Again, it's only for
fever reducing, not a cure.
