Dolores, is this a target you got from a magazine or an actual photograph? I was going to cut and paste the question and answer from the TRV Q & A link on psitech, regarding properly cueing photographs..it's very informative. But the Trv bb is currently down. As I recall, on a photo from a magazine, if you want to be specific about the target, you circle the area or thing in the picture that you want to target, and point to it and write the name of the target (or just "target" if you don't know the name) and the trn's (although the trn's aren't necessary here as I recall), then put it in the envelope with the target numbers, then put it in the manilla envelope. 
 
I don't know if this is the info you were looking for?

I choose the targets specifically geared for the posting regs training level and to push progress.

This weeks M2 is a partial blind.

My "target" is an actual photograph taken last year while traveling through England at Stonehenge. If this is possible, there is an anomaly that came out on this photograph that I would like to investigate further. 
 
I understand about circling the area in the picture that I want to target and writing the word "TARGET" and the TRN's. I am not sure that we also put the TRN's in the photo and in the manila envelope. 
 
Why don't you star this and send us your "Target" and TRN's or I can send my set of TRN's and my "Target" to see what happens!

Circle the area of the photo, draw 
an arrow to it and write the word "target" on the photo. 
 
Put it in a folder. On the tab of the file folder write the TRNs and the word "target." 
 
Put the folder in the envelope and write the TRNs on the outside.
