Has anyone thought about the sniper in the DC area being an Al-Qaeda operative? Hard to catch an can really cause panic. In the long it might be more effective as a terror weapon than the big events. <br>

You know it has occurred to me that a hundred committed people with nothing more than bic lighters could cause horrific problems.<br>
