A Democrat and Republican are walking down the street and meet a homeless man. The Republican gives him a business card and tells him to come around to his office. He will see if he can give him a job. To show that he is a compassionate conservative, he reaches into his pocket and gives him $20. They walk on and come to another homeless man. The Democrat tells this man how to find the Welfare office. Not to be outdone, he reaches into the Republicans pocket and gives the man $50. <br>
