Here's a new one for your list. They have also been found (by doing mineral and heavy metals analysis of hair)to have excessive amounts of mercury. Mercury could account for some of the neurological problems these veterans have. Mercury is used in biological weapons, to drive these substances deep into the tissues. <br>

The good news, if there is any, is that heavy metals, including mercury, can be removed by chelation. But first you have to know they're there.<br>

The American Dental Association says that mercury is just hunky dori and you shouldn't be afraid to have it put in your fillings. I personnaly have had all of my mercury fillings replaced with plastic or whatever it is the use now days. There is also mercury in tuna fish. <br>

Yes, in a lot of fish. In fact, tuna is one of the fish that the FDA has recently officially warned pregnant women not to eat. Will wonders never cease!<br>

I'd stay away from liver, chitterlings, and kidneys as a source of protein. Considering any biotoxin (and carcinogenic and tetragenic organics fall in this category) are usually filtered out by the liver for excretion through the gut (by secreting it in the bile) or tagging it for the kidneys, why eat things steeped in the nasties.<br>

Also, remember that the carcinogenic toxins related to pesticides and especially their byproduct dioxene, are sequestered in fat (and folks, it don't make a difference if it is animal, vegetable or mineral) because they are insoluble in water (which is how we all excrete) but as soluble, as sugar in water, in oil (of which fat is mostly comprised).<br>

Also consider that your "wonderful canola" oil, from Canada, is nothing more than a toned down industrial lubricant (rape seed oil that has been bred to have lower eucaric acid content, can(ada) lo(w) a(cid) oil, which was previously usable only as an industrial lubricant it was so hostile to the human digestive system) can dissolve most of these baddies really well (especially if you cook the stuff in it), and transfer it as you re-use it to uncontaminated foods.<br>

We don't really have to experiment too far, we do it inadvertently all the time. It is just less scientific, because we forget to set up a control group.<br>
