PSI TECH Technical Remote Viewing

Doctor Doom Gets Probed

Inside the mind of a late night prophet
by PSI TECH

Recently a Remote Viewer was on national radio show. His name was Ed Dames and he was touted by the host, Art Bell, to be the worlds foremost "Remote Viewing Trainer." On previous shows Art presented him as "the world's foremost remote viewer." I won't belabor the point or make a mountain out of a mole hill but there is something to be said about the sublime, the Freudian slips and manipulative art of one-way communication via AM radio.

This guest typically goes on this show and describes a forecast of future predictions of monumental catastrophic proportions that render shocking changes in everyday global life. If one were to listen for the first time, they would be shook-up a little because of the suggestive ties (made by the running commentary of the host) to current events that seem to obvious to be mere coincidence (and oh by the way also mirror the theme of Art Bells book, "The Coming Storm").

The shock factor is the core and the intent of the presentation; A shock that if taken seriously would effect everyone listening and after all, Art Bell, the radio talk show host says his guest is a bona fide decorated retired Military Intelligence Officer from the original Army prototype remote viewing unit trained for the department of defense. Regular listeners of this show already know this guest and that he has been dubbed the nickname of "Dr. Doom" because he likes to speak about the inevitable coming events of doom and gloom and makes it sound very interesting, credible and entertaining. Certainly, a zesty sprinkle of spice on the monotony of everyday life.

Now, I'm not disputing Doom's predictions because after all, I was one of the major remote viewers of that project that span over a ten year period. However, you don't hear me jumping up and down about the end of the world. Granted, I rarely listen to the radio anymore but this night I was passively listening while doing other things, when I heard the subject of mind probes pop up. (i.e. remote viewing people minds) and how powerful and useful they can be. The host gasped and dramatically exclaimed (in his typical way) "Ohhh… you mean you can look right into my mind and see what I'm thinking?" The guest aloofly responded (in his usual way) "Why Yes Art, this is a simple task for me but for ethical and moral reasons I don't employ that technique."

Well, I know a thing or two about this topic and for those of you who don't know, I also am quite familiar with the guest on Art's show. In fact, I was responsible for introducing the two and having Ed go on the show the first time back in 1995 just after Ted Koppel introduced Joe McMoneagle on Nightline TV and the CIA began their expose' on their Remote Viewing "Research" program. (Which was entirely separate from the DIA's Remote Viewing Unit.)

I am the civilian who inherited PSI TECH, the company that Major Dames and a two star Major General founded to usher remote viewing out of the military infrastructure. A great feat indeed and nobody should fault these two officers for it because it was at a great risk to their mutual military careers. We have them to thank because if they had not formed PSI TECH back in 1989, this technology would have been lost forever in the archives of top secret classified documents as a dismissed program that was ended for whatever rational reason they could think of to satisfy the reader's minds.

In fact, they tried confusing you by mounting a publicity "Damage Control Campaign" by declassifying only the research portion of the Remote Viewing program that preceded the "Operational unit" in the 80's. When Joe McMoneagle was interviewed by Ted Koppel he really had not heard of PSI TECH or it's founders, so he unwittingly promulgated the CIA's campaign agenda by publicly announcing that he "was the only Remote Viewer and he had never heard of PSI TECH." Joe really didn't know about the RV operational unit because they were compartmentalized and separated entities.

Old habits die hard and the CIA's damage control campaign was designed to confuse you by intertwining 80% truth in 20% lies (by omission). It's an old Intel distraction strategy that has worn itself thin to the point that conspiracy theories dominate American minds. But that's fine too, because it still promotes their agenda of camouflaging the truth.

It is unfortunate because now instead of believing that honesty predominates our government officials, Americans are justifiably suspicious of any government affiliated information that is released. This pervasive attitude is extending to the expected altruism that was meant to be at the heart and core of our military services too.

Okay that aside, on the show the other night when the guest was briefly questioned about the "Mind Probes" the subject was cleverly dismissed with the finesse of an amoral inference that "a mind probe was a simple task but one that this expert remote viewer considered to be an unethical intrusion" and it was dropped at that. Of course, that inference plunged like an anchor in the collective mind where many skilled Remote Viewers responded with just waves of "sighs". It was a red flag for those of us who know better for we are all too familiar with the tact of masking a deficit into a moralistic wrapper only to gift the world a presence of goodness to calm their questioning minds.

I am a patriot to the USA but I am first and foremost loyal to truth, kindness and justice. I don't like deception especially when it's camouflaged so nicely and then thrown in our faces but then we are quickly distracted by crisis so we forgot what was what anyway.

I will not address what was said by this guest but rather what was not said. The things that you didn't hear or would not even know how to ask the question.

Mind probes are indeed a great topic of interest as has been mental telepathy for the past two centuries. It has also been a problem that military intelligence could not solve or penetrate because of their limited resources of their restricted military minds. The reason for not performing mind probes wasn't a moral problem at all; it was simply a lack of education and experience.

The advanced techniques of the mind probe were developed and refined in the laboratory of PSI TECH after the company's departure from the Military infrastructure. Prior to entering the civilian sector, there were no personnel with the expertise to understand the idiosyncrasies of the eclectic human thinking mind. The process needed to be mapped out using a proven model of the human psyche in order to understand the operations and functions of the mind. Then we could know how to cue (or name) the target (or question) correctly and then we are able to clearly document the thinking process, its' source, its' variables, its' analysis, its' choices and the trajectory of the intent and finally the associated behavior that leads to the concluding event(s).

I recall a question being asked about 'how to define and describe "the intent" of a person (a target) using our psi spy techniques'. The answer I heard was a silly one but then only an experienced Remote Viewer versed in advanced skills and mind probe techniques would recognize that silly answer.

So, if you would like a quick crash course to begin to understand, you would begin by examining the simple structure of the psyche of the human mind. I represent it as a Mandala in my lectures. I draw it symbolically so it is easy to see how it works. This model of the mind was brought to the western world by Dr. Carl Jung in the late 1800's but he later discovered that the Chinese had already grasped the same concept which had been ingrained and applied to their ancient cultural medical practices for centuries. The medicine and sister philosophy are so old that its origin cannot be traced to a particular time.

The model that I draw makes it very simple to understand and I can demonstrate any illness, treatment or cure using this model. That is why it is still the most progressive and utilized model in modern psychiatry. By the way, I can also show you how remote viewing works using this model too.

However, try to imagine peering into a complex engine that you've never studied and understanding its multiplicity of purpose and operation and function for each intricate part by merely observing it or poking it once or twice. By the same token, you don't need to be a fully licensed engineer or a fully skilled technician to gather information about certain parts of the engine. However, you do need to have at least a working concept or a blueprint of the model of the machine to understand and comprehend its' operations and its' functions before you begin excavating and tearing it apart. Without the knowledge base of the model, I shudder to imagine the contents of the final analysis report.

This topic sounds scary to the non-remote viewer I know, but to the regular viewers it's no different then remote viewing any other target. However, it is an advanced technique so a remote viewer is expected to be able to describe tangible targets first such as identifying classes of life forms, liquids, types of landscape terrain, the many types of motion, the many types of structures; then concepts and ideas. Mind probes are not difficult after you have refined your perceptual skills enough to identify and describe tangibles easily.

The most dangerous pitfall of learning remote viewing is skipping over the necessary stages. The ones who fail at acquiring advanced RV skills are the ones who thought they could get away with leap frogging over a stage or two. Most of the time, these are the folks who already possess some naturally developed psychic talent so, they begin with a bang because it seems to comes so easy and their sketches look amazing but that changes as learning any skill changes, as it evolves. This is the time when the leap froggers usually drop out and quit learning. They end up petering out with many complaints. This is usually an ego driven problem that needs to be addressed by the person themselves in these cases.

The people who excel and end up doing very well are the ones who remain disciplined and master each stage of the protocols. These folks experience a seemingly never ending array of a refined evolution that is dressed in wisdom of an increasing sensitivity to life and the magnitude of its truth.

The idea of the "Mind Probe" only seems to present a moral dilemma to those who do not understand remote viewing or who truly have not performed a mind probe because it is not like mental telepathy (mind reading) and it is not like watching somebody undress or take a bath. That's generally what people are afraid of - the idea of a "peeping tom" watching them but it is not like that at all. It is more comparable to reading a book that the person has authored about themselves because in reality, each moment, each breathe, we are creating another sentence or paragraph or page in our book. The book of ourselves as individuals. Every thing we do is recorded in our own individual book and our book sits in the collective library along with everybody else's. So, if I can read your book why can't you also read mine.

In fact, just for fun and to show you the kind of data a mind probe renders I did a mind probe on Art Bells guest that night so you can see how useful the mind probe can be. When you consider the information he promulgates you must also consider its' source.

Here is the data from my remote viewing session cued:
"Ed Dames/ Deep Mind State/ During Last Saturdays, April 10th Art Bell Interview Show"
TRNs: 0592/5640
From the top of the target:
A fantasy, a wall, a person who is enjoying the attention, who lives a separate life. But it's like there's "a cap on it"/ Fed information / "Like a donkey following a carrot"

From the center of the target:
There is a woman (inside the structure) who is surprised like she is only hearing this for the first time, she says "yikes!' and is scared. The target (Ed) is amused and nervous. There is back and forth motion on a floor and musings of another life from before and behind but up ahead it's like Back to the Future but back to the past is the way to the future in "real time" / Differentiating / A climb / Expectations / A sorrowful mind/ Looking forward as an escape from the past but the two are becoming intertwined like a death wish and a yearning for a new beginning / Discrimination between projection and perception but a crisis is always a good distraction / Good intentions / Sublime / Not an ordinary scenario can entertain and hold the attention of an adventure craved mind. A global catastrophe will do the job just fine as long as everyone believes me, they need me and so they won't look into my mind. I am diabolical and reckless but self-righteous is mine. An order of the universe brings chaos to my mind for what I want and what I am ordained to do are opposites that I decline.

I chose one for now and it's the one I want. I've been cheated by serving human kind. They were punishing and unfriendly. I made it sound funny and important but inside I cried all the time.

I am a desperate man for love and recognition but self loathing is what I feel most of the time.
